Terms & Conditions
By booking a session with Umi, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Bookings & Payments All sessions must be booked in advance through the designated booking platform or via email. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
2. Session Format Sessions are conducted via Zoom and last approximately 90 minutes. Each session includes one week of post-session WhatsApp support. Within 24 hours of the session, you will also receive personalized Table Notes—a written reflection and recap of what was shared.
3. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made within 48 hours of your session are not guaranteed and are subject to Umi’s availability.To reschedule, please email: umikthryn@gmail.com
4. Cancellation & Refunds Please note that all sales are final. Due to the intimate, personalized nature of each session, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Your time is reserved with care, and preparation begins well in advance.If you're unsure about booking, you're welcome to reach out with questions before making a purchase.
5. WhatsApp Support Post-session WhatsApp support is available for seven (7) consecutive days after your session. Messages will be responded to thoughtfully within reasonable hours (typically Monday–Friday). This is not an emergency or on-demand service.
6. Confidentiality All sessions are held in confidentiality. Nothing shared during or after a session will be disclosed without your explicit consent, unless legally required.
7. Disclaimer These sessions are not a substitute for licensed therapy, legal representation, or medical advice. Umi offers insight, support, and guidance based on her lived experience and professional background, but does not provide clinical mental health services or legal counsel during these sessions.If you have any further questions about these terms, feel free to get in touch prior to booking.
